Have Questions or Want to Discuss Your Lithium Power System Needs?
Yes. In most cases, KeepKnow lithium batteries are designed as drop-in replacements for lead-acid battery systems.
Compared with lead-acid batteries, lithium batteries offer lighter weight, faster charging, longer lifespan, and more consistent power output, especially when climbing hills or carrying heavier loads.
Some golf carts may require charger or accessory compatibility checks, so feel free to contact us before purchasing.
You need to select a battery with the same voltage as your golf cart's original system.
36V: Fits older or compact basic golf carts
48V: Compatible with most mainstream standard golf carts
72V: Designed for high-speed, high-performance or modified upgraded carts
Important Note: Voltage must fully match your cart's system; mixing different voltages is not allowed.Choose the battery voltage based on your golf cart’s original system voltage.Always match the replacement lithium battery to your cart’s required voltage unless your vehicle has been professionally modified.
The actual driving range depends on the battery voltage, capacity, terrain and passenger load; as a general reference, 36V 100Ah batteries deliver roughly 30–45 miles on a full charge, 48V 100Ah/105Ah batteries offer approximately 40–60 miles, and the 72V 105Ah version provides faster speeds and longer mileage for heavy-duty usage, while real-world mileage will still vary based on hills, the number of passengers and driving habits.
Only use a dedicated LiFePO₄ charger with the specified parameters below. Lead-acid chargers are not compatible and may damage the battery pack.
36V 100Ah model: 43.8V 25A lithium charger, fully charges in approximately 4 hours.
48V 100Ah/105Ah model: 58.4V 18A lithium charger, fully charges in approximately 5.5 hours.
72V 105Ah model: 83.95V 15A lithium charger, fully charges in approximately 7 hours.
If your golf cart uses 36V or 48V batteries but has 12V accessories such as lights, radios, USB chargers, or other onboard electronics, a DCDC converter is highly recommended.
The built-in DCDC module safely converts high-voltage battery power to stable 13V output for low-voltage accessories. It is controlled by the key switch, meaning power is only supplied when the cart is turned on, helping reduce unnecessary energy consumption.
Our EcoLite series features a lightweight ABS plastic housing, making it easier to install and ideal for users who prioritize reduced weight and cost efficiency.
Our standard steel-case batteries use a durable metal enclosure for enhanced structural protection, better impact resistance, and a more premium build, making them ideal for demanding environments and heavy-duty use.
