Shipping availability depends on the product, stock location, destination, and the shipping method available for lithium batteries. Enter your delivery address at checkout to see available options, or contact KeepKnow Support before ordering if your location is not covered.
Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Transit time varies by product, destination, warehouse location, and carrier. Large batteries may use a different shipping method from smaller deep-cycle batteries.
Yes. When tracking is available, it is sent after the order has been dispatched. Tracking updates may take some time to appear after the carrier receives the shipment.
Contact KeepKnow Support as soon as possible. Changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered fulfillment or has been handed to the carrier.
Available payment methods are shown at checkout and may vary by destination, device, and store settings.
Eligible KeepKnow batteries include a limited warranty of up to 5 years from the original purchase date. The exact warranty period and coverage depend on the product model, so always check the product page and current warranty policy.
Contact KeepKnow Support with your order number, product model, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video when relevant. Additional battery data or test results may be requested to help diagnose the problem.
Damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, operation outside specified limits, improper storage, unauthorized modification, or incompatible charging equipment may not be covered. The published warranty policy is the final reference.
Do not install or use a visibly damaged battery. Photograph the packaging and product, keep the original packing materials, and contact KeepKnow Support as soon as possible.
Return eligibility depends on the current Return & Refund Policy and the condition of the product. Contact KeepKnow before sending a battery back because lithium batteries have special transport requirements.
Match the battery to the required system voltage of your equipment. A replacement battery should not be selected by capacity alone; voltage, charging requirements, current demand, physical dimensions, and application must all be compatible.
Start with the energy required by your loads. A simple estimate is:
Battery energy (Wh) × system efficiency ÷ load power (W) = approximate runtime (hours)
Real runtime varies with inverter efficiency, peak loads, temperature, wiring, and battery protection limits.
Often yes, but it is not always a direct swap. Confirm system voltage, charger profile, maximum current, installation space, terminal layout, wiring, and any low-voltage accessories before replacing a lead-acid bank.
Check the original battery voltage, required capacity, available installation space, terminal layout, continuous and peak current demand, charger or inverter model, and any communication requirements such as CAN or RS485.
Only connect batteries when the specific model supports the required series or parallel configuration. Use identical batteries with matching model, capacity, condition, and state of charge, and follow the model-specific manual. Do not combine series and parallel unless the exact specification permits it.
Confirm the exact inverter model and firmware, supported battery protocol, communication port, cable pinout, and charging parameters. CAN or RS485 hardware alone does not guarantee that two devices use the same communication protocol.
Use a LiFePO4-compatible charger with the correct charge voltage and current for the battery model. The required voltage differs between 12V, 24V, 36V, 48V, and 72V battery systems.
A lead-acid charger should only be used if its charging profile is compatible with the battery specifications. Chargers that use equalization, desulfation, or other high-voltage lead-acid modes should not be used with LiFePO4 batteries.
Yes. LiFePO4 batteries can be fully charged when used with the correct charge settings. For long-term storage, avoid leaving the battery continuously at extreme states of charge and follow the model-specific storage instructions.
Standard LiFePO4 cells should not be charged below freezing unless the battery has a supported low-temperature charging solution. KeepKnow self-heating models warm the battery before charging under the conditions specified for that model.
Yes, when the solar system uses a properly configured MPPT or charge controller that matches the battery voltage, charging limits, and LiFePO4 profile.
Disconnect unnecessary loads, store the battery in a dry location within the specified temperature range, and check its state of charge periodically. Follow the product manual for the recommended storage SOC and inspection interval.
LiFePO4 is widely used for deep-cycle and energy-storage applications, but every battery still requires correct installation and operation. KeepKnow batteries use a BMS and model-specific protection features to help manage electrical and temperature-related conditions.
Protection functions vary by model and may include overcharge, over-discharge, overcurrent, short-circuit, high-temperature, and low-temperature protection. Check the individual product specifications for the exact feature set.
Available certifications and transport documents vary by product model and destination. Depending on the model, documents may include CE, RoHS, FCC, UN38.3, MSDS, or other applicable certifications. Confirm the exact model and required document before ordering.
No single IP rating should be assumed across the range. Check the product page for the enclosure rating of the exact model and follow the installation limits in the manual. An IP-rated enclosure should not be treated as submersible unless explicitly specified.
Use the mounting orientation and environment permitted by the product manual. Keep the battery away from unsupported heat sources, mechanical damage, and installation conditions outside its specified environmental limits.
Bluetooth availability depends on the product model. Check the product page for a Bluetooth feature icon or specification before ordering.
On supported models, the app can display battery information such as state of charge, voltage, current, temperature, and battery status. Available data may vary by BMS and product generation.
No. Bluetooth is primarily a monitoring and diagnostic feature. The battery and BMS continue to operate without keeping a phone connected.
Bluetooth is mainly used for local battery monitoring from a phone. CAN and RS485 are wired communication interfaces used by compatible inverters, controllers, or multi-battery systems.
Make sure the battery is powered on and awake, Bluetooth permissions are enabled, and the phone is close to the battery. If the problem continues, follow the pairing procedure in the product manual or contact KeepKnow Support.
Start with the RV’s DC system voltage and expected energy use. 12V systems are common, while 24V can reduce current in higher-power systems. Then choose capacity and BMS current based on the inverter and loads.
Match the cart’s original system voltage first: 36V, 48V, or 72V. Then compare battery dimensions, BMS current, charger requirements, and whether the cart needs a DC-DC converter for 12V accessories.
Match the trolling motor’s required voltage and estimate runtime from the expected current draw. A dedicated 24V battery can simplify a 24V system compared with wiring multiple 12V batteries in series.
For inverter-based residential storage, start with the inverter’s battery-voltage range and communication requirements. KeepKnow offers 51.2V rack-style and floor-standing storage options as well as smaller deep-cycle batteries for lower-voltage systems.
